Thank you for shopping with GenVault Collectibles. We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your collectibles so they arrive safely.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, destination, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Locations

At this time, GenVault Collectibles ships within the United States only.

Packaging

All collectible items are packaged with care using protective materials to help ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our facility.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. GenVault Collectibles is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
